- Must be New Mexico resident.
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in New Mexico.
- Must attend a public college or university.
- Must be at least half-time student status.
- Must demonstrate financial need.

- Speech-language Pathology
- Laboratory Technician
- Audiology
- Pharmacy
- Emergency Services
- Mental Health Services
- Nutrition
Scholarship Amount:
- $12,000 annual award.
- Four year maximum.
Application and Deadline:
- Must complete and submit application by July 1st of each year.
