State Financial Aid Deadlines for April

For all of you dragging your feet on your FAFSA and financial aid paperwork, here are April's deadlines for applying to state financial aid programs:

• April 1 - Missouri
• April 1 - Kansas
• April 15 - Alaska
• April 15 - Delaware
• April 15 - Oklahoma

If you don't know where to begin, you should probably start by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which many financial aid offices use to help determine your eligibility for state programs. You should also give your school a call and double check all your specific requirements!
